Everyone would like to earn a little bit of extra cash, right? Maybe you’d like to give your opinions on things too and make your voice heard? Well, put these things together and you have the ultimate recipe of survey websites. Some of these are better than others and you want to concentrate the free time that you do have on the best ones. But which ones are the best?

Prolific

I use Prolific most days, it’s one of my favourite survey websites. I leave it open on my desktop and if I have a few spare minutes between projects or return to my desk with a cup of tea, I see if there are any surveys available there and then. They need to be done fairly instantly and the number of people who can take part vary. Sometimes you might miss out on a great survey because you’ve been too slow and other people have taken those places. You can easily earn a little bit of extra cash every month and there are a wide range of different surveys to take part in, keeping things interesting. The amount your earn varies from survey to survey but you can withdraw your cash to a PayPal account as soon as you have £5 or more in your account.

YouGov

How would you like to give your opinions on local, national and worldwide happenings? YouGov is a global public opinion and data company and once you reach 5000 points you can claim a reward. Most surveys are 50 points but I’ve done a few which are worth 100 or 150 points. Occasionally you get a option of doing an extra 2 minute survey at the end of the main one, worth an extra 10 points. These are pretty interesting surveys to take part in and you get asked a wide range of questions about your thoughts on things and recent news stories. I’ve also been contacted to do a video survey where I got given an Amazon voucher for the 50 minute chat. I’m yet to get a pay out from the online surveys but am only a few away from £50.

Swagbucks

You can earn gift cards for a number of your favourite retails in a fun way with Swagbucks. Earn points for answering surveys, shopping online, watching videos and much more. You can then redeem those points for gift cards to over 100 retailers you know. These include Starbucks, Amazon and even PayPal cash.

Crowdology

You can make a little extra on the side to treat yourself with Crowdology. Give your opinion on a whole range of things and get paid up to £10 per survey. The lengths of the surveys are usually between 2 minutes and quarter of an hour, meaning you can fit them into your day. You can withdraw into PayPal when you earn £4 or convert £10 into Amazon vouchers.

I-Say

With i-say you can take part in surveys to earn points. These can then be redeemed for a variety of rewards, including Argos vouchers and Google Play credit. There are also contests to enter too. You can voice your opinion on advertising and well known brands, and the company say your experience will be different every day as well as fun and thought-provoking.

As you can see, it’s easy to make a little bit of extra cash with survey websites, as well as knowing that you’re giving your opinion on important issues. Be sure to sign up and you’ll be making some extra money in no time!
